Are all B series fuel rails the same? LS, GSR, B16..

 

The GSR fuel rail sits at a different angle, to allow for the larger intake manifold.

 

^^^yep. If your using a b18c gsr intake manifold you have to use a gsr specific fuel rail. Trust me because I tried many different rails before I came to terms with the fact that I needed a gsr rail for a gsr intake. I even tried re-drilling the holes in the aluminum chunk looking d-series civic rail.
