CB7 Strut Dust Boots
I just bought some new front struts for my Accord, a pair of Koni STR.Ts, and I'm looking at putting them on this afternoon.
The weather here is pretty harsh; it's going to start snowing here pretty soon, so there's going to be a ton of salt, dirt, and moisture all over the bottom of my vehicle. I'm thinking it would be a good idea to put a dust boot on the front struts to keep from having to rebuild them so soon. I plan on using the struts with a "Ground Control Coilover"-like kit (it's a knockoff,
) for the time being, so I'll need a boot that fits under an Eibach sized spring.
I'm sure many have done this or similar before, so I figured it's best to ask the pros: What dust boot do you all use with your coilover-kits, and how do you mount/secure them?
