My car has been sputtering and breaking up under load and I think this may be due to dirty injectors. So I took off my manifold and sprayed my injectors such that I could see the spray pattern. Only problem is, I don't know of this is said to be a nice spray. What do you guys think.

I don't think you can just eyeball the spray to determine if they are healthy.
If you are concerned that they might be dirty, have them sent away to be professionally cleaned. Here are a few companies that do this service:
Cruizin Performance
Witch Hunter Performance
RC Engineering
I got my injectors serviced through Witch Hunter. Cost was about $90 and after mailing them, they were returned to me a little over a week.
