Default H23 Swap to f22 motor

I have a complete h23 swap installed, removed the h23 motor and installed a f22. kept the h23 flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel. clutch does not disengauge enough to shift gears, or even go into first for that matter. is ther a difference in the legnth of the throw out bearing for f series motors? or a difference in the thickness of the flywheel?
