i have a 1989 honda crx si with a b18a1... just yesterday something odd started to happen, i looked all over the web and cant find anything that resembles my problem. when im driving my car is fine at 2k rpm and lower, but when i reach around 3k and up my rpm gauge fluctuates and i can feel a power loss and hear it through the exhaust. almost as if the motor was missing... i thought maybe a bad plug or wire so today i replaced with brand new.....to no avail. it still does the same thing and its got me worried. im thinking maybe a bad distributor or something of that nature. if anyone else has had this problem or knows what the issue is please help i will be very grateful.
