Default Heating system questions

Whats up guys got a question for some of ya. Ive got a 94 integra LS. Anyway i had a problem with the heater hose when i was broke so we by passed it for the time being. now that ive sorted things out, i bought the proper hoses and linked everything up. The plastic bit (valve) on the fitted hose is fine. the heater core works. The fuses are all good. We tested the blower motor and while it is not working while plugged into its proper wires, when we tested it on the car battery to see if it worked and it did. The cluster lights up, and we saw that the valve goes up and down to control the floor heat v panel heat. For some reason i cannot figure out why when the blower motor is plugged in, we cannot get the thing to work and push the heat thru? any ideas? do i have a short or a bunk wire somewhere in there?
THANK YOU!

Power goes from the fan speed switch to a resistor (low/med/high) and a separate wire for max... to the blower motor. There is a harness (A) that connects to the panel on the console, then to harness B - to the blower.

Got a voltmeter?

Just use the voltmeter or a test light and hook it into the power input on the blower motor from the harness with the fan control off. Switch the fan to low and see if the light comes on, or the volts go up depending on what you are using. Do this with low/med/high ect and see if you can get any results.

Then you blower fan switch or your relay is bad. Good new because the blower motor it alot more expensive and alot harder to change
