Replacing Headgasket on D16Y7, Do the headbolts need to be replaced?
You can reuse them if you want. Many have with no ill affects, however it is possible for the studs to stretch...
I would reccomend replacing them, they aren't that expensive. Think about, do it now, or have something go wrong in the future and bite you in you in the ***.

many claim they re-use, re-use, re-use.....
then I have read that OEM have 2 or 3 torque downs....
Personally, I changed them. OEM run like $10 a bolt, however, its still ALOT cheaper then trying to tap out one that breaks while your changing it.
