fuel problem
I have a 93 integra with the 1.8. The main relay has went out a couple of times .
Well the other day would not start so I assumed the main relay went out again so changed it out an the fuel filter while I was at it. Got in an nothing still wont start so went an pulled fuel line loose at the filter an not getting anything to the filter. It has spark an the the rotor button is turning. So just to be sure sprayed so carb an injector cleaner in the throttle body an it would start then die. Anybody have any ideals. oh should mention checked the fuse box all ffuses look goo none burnt or shoot.the ones in the box under the hood look ok none blown. Dont know what else to check. (ran a hose down in tank cant hear fuel pump kick on) the sending unit under the seat is getting power because I unplugged it an the gas had went to empty.

Search for posts by fcm - he's posted fuel delivery diagnostics regularly 'forever' so I don't think I can do better...
Are you hearing the main relay cycle when you turn the key on 'run' (but not all the way to fire the starter)?
Have you confirmed that 12VDC is reaching the fuel pump?
It seems especially common to have issues like yours with the older gens.. and if you're getting power to the pump then I'd consider a fuel pump failure as an option.
Before that, though, follow the power back to the pump.
fcm's diags will get you there. You can select 'advanced' to search by poster, and use the key words main, relay, pump, fuel (etc) to narrow the search. Shouldn't take long to find 'em.
