Default Blown 15 fuse

So today I finished turbocharging my 1998 civic ex.
everything goes on smoothly and the only thing missing is my ecu (waiting for the delivery man).

I figured that I start the car just to check for leaks and troubleshoot any noises that may happen.

I started the car and my speedometer went crazy.
my dash lights are pulsing.

It didn't bother me since it happened before on my old civic.
I checked #15 fuse and like before...it was blown.

I went underneath the car and check for damaged wires..like usual and surprisingly...I didn't see anything damaged.

I put another fuse in and it blows once I put a little bit of throttle.
And it only blows after a bit of throttle.

My question is.......

I have bigger injectors on my car now and im running a stock ecu ...for now.

Would that create an issue? Could it be why my vss / alt fuse keeps blowing after a quick rev?

Can the injectors be drawing out too much power for my stock ecu to handle?

Im stumped and I just wanna find some answers before I drive myself nuts trying to figure this out.

I'd start by short testing the hot wires for the heater elements of both O2 sensors.

Also click the fuse 15 TSB in my signature.

The injectors don't get voltage from 7.5A dash fuse 15.

- high imp injectors

i was reading up on the fuse 15tsb in your sig earlier and i removed the bracket and left it off now.

- there is no corroded or damaged wires.

i woulda thought it had something to do with my injectors since it ONLY happens when i rev it a bit

sorry if this is a noob *** question...but what do you mean by: short testing the hot wires for the heater elements of both O2 sensors.

Ripped off all loom to see if any wires were damaged and none are damaged. I assume that these are the plugs to check?

Mine are not plugged into anything. I removed the factory cover off these plugs and expected that they would plug into one another but they are both female harnesses
