I am starting a new job Nov. 24th 2011. Tomorrow. I have tig welded aluminum and I am really good at steel welding with oxy acetylene. Read some info on stainless but wondered if the brain trust here had any tips for me. It would be greatly appreciated.

I have not seen the set up that I will be working in. But I know that flooding the back with argon is needed. I am looking forward to doing this work.
