Another BWR Thread, Anyone own a pair of their lower control arms? *PIC INSIDE*

I want to get that set since its on sale for half off at clubcivic .com but are the bushings going to give out like the BLOX ones? im asking for the actual owners.
I know how to install them by loading the suspension and then torquing down which im sure a lot of the n00bs that install BLOX LCA's dont do.
Thanks in advance!!
Not an owner, but I heard BWR LCA's have a life time warranty. So I would check on that before you buy.
Most shops don't even pre-load, let alone people that have never messed with suspension.
I will say, some of the threads I have seen with Blox control arms did pre load, and the bushings still failed quickly.
Good luck.

Yeah ive heard terrible things about BLOX LCA's, illl never order a set but I haevnt heard much on these.
I'm pretty sure the reason why these are 50% off is they are discontinued. BWR makes a billet F7 knock off which those are given the lifetime warranty. So yeah those bushings are gonna crap out like the Blox ones.
Damn.....
Havent purchased them yet, I think ill pass. Ive never been a huge fan of LCA's but I saw these for a decent price and said "Why not?"

If you'd like a good set of cheap LCAs I would not hesitate to trust the PIC lcas:

Everything stated above is the truth.
I'm local to AZ and BWR is a stones throw from me so I bit the bullet and purchased the Billet F7 "looking" arms people mentioned above. I purchased at a deal though, I wouldn't pay in the $200 range unless I went w/F7. I'd like to make that very clear. Believe it or not I offered an eBay seller like $140 and he took my offer, original asking price was $220 like most of the online retailers.
DO NOT BUY THE DISCONTINUED LCA'S AS PICTURED ABOVE HT'ERS, THEY'RE DISCONTINUED FOR A REASON. These arms are going on eBay for like $80. I've seen them in person, they look flemsy, cheaply made, and the bushings look like a thick piece of lack licorice. These are sure to tear, 'prolly could have ripped them off with my teeth. The guys at my local import shop wouldn't even let me buy them and they're a distributor of BWR products. They ended up taking them off the shelf when the Billet arms came through.
My BWR Billet Arms are holding up well and the quality and construction was fantastic out of the packaging...thus far they're great and state the "Lifetime Warranty." I'll let everyone know whats really up when I need new bushings to see if BWR really stands behind their product. The desert locals swear that they do and I have no reason to believe otherwise.
Here they are below,

HT OG's~ forgive me for re-posting a pic you've seen 20 million times. Just wanted to show the OP and future thread finders an installed picture of the billet arms.
If you can't bite the bullet for the better LCA's (which is really only F7 IMO) I'd stay w/your stock arms and/or go with PIC like Lib mentioned above.
These BWR's are my test run at their product, and company standards and support.
OP~ Glad you stuck w/your gut man.

Any update on these PreyStayShun? That lifetime warranty plus the color selection is looking pretty tempting.
One of my buddys had BWR lcas on his hatch. Neither of us were that impressed, construction and quality seemed second rate at best imho, not sure on the bushings though as he was able to ****** up some used Function7's a few weeks later. I never owned BWR lca's, but I don't need to, part of that being their lower control arms are knock-offs of Function7s. There are thousands of these lower control arm threads, and the answer is always the same. OEM or Function 7. Function7 also has a lifetime warranty.
