2000 civic dx will not start-has no power to solenoid
I went to crank my 2000 civic dx hatchback today and it will not start. I have been driving it every day with no problems until now. All the dummy lights come on but no noise from starter. I have searched and found that it could be the ignition switch or starter relay. What you think?
Things I've done/tested:
-battery is fully charged
-starter has 12 volts going to it
- starter solenoid wire has no volts going to it
- all fuses are good
- disabled clutch switch to rule that out
- fuel pump pumps up
What could it be? If starter relay, where is it located? I've looked by the fuse box and found nothing, I can hear one click around the fuse box somewhere. I haven't been this frustrated in forever.
Thanks in advance

Just checked ignition. Everything is putting out 12 volts like its supposed to including the one that only powers up when turning the key to full start position.
So main or starter relay?
So main or starter relay?
Doesn't the main relay control the fuel pump? If so then that's not it since the fuel pump primes up every time the key is turned on.
What else could it be?

even though the main relay is priming the fuel pump if may still not be sending the signal to the starter... you can always run a trigger wire from your ignition to the starter solenoid... check your fuses
