I recently left the headlights on all day in my honda, and drained the battery. I Jumped it and left it ran awhile, is it gonna be fine, or do i have to recharge the battery?

Also if I don't have to get the battery recharged I wanna do something for the car what would you suggest? Interior cleaning? New HeadUnit?
