Does anyone have a dialy driven car with coilovers or lowered??
I need to replace my shocks so i just might as well drop the car...does anyone recomond skunk2 coilovers or anything else...i'm looking for the most resonable price and ride...
i drive around on H&R springs with Koni yellows. I bottom out a decent amount, but its the price you pay for the better performance and better look.
A lot of my friends have Skunk2 coilovers and they are very happy with them. One has a Civic hatchback, one has an Integra, and another with a Del Sol. They ride very well with the shock combo from my experience riding with them...Sounds like a good choice to me
If you wanted to go cheaper you could get some H&R springs; they'd be a good bank for the buck.

camber kit depends on the drop...ask your nearest alignment or tire place to check. I riding on groundcontrol coilovers. they only have one revolving pearch locking perch. instead of the 2 on the skunk. they lock in place w/an allen wrench, so they are easier to raise/lower...also if you lose the wrench you can find it at any hardware store..The GC's can also be matched to the damper (shock) you are using. either kyb's tockicos or stock, or you can call and have them custom made. Ground Controls=

I have Tien HAs and daily drive the car, it's a little rough and the S02s on 17"s are rather loud but hey, thats the price you pay for performance

By the end of the week, I'm putting in some Recaro SRDs in black and VOlk ce28ns
I'll wait until they're all installed before taking pix.
As for your original question, the Teins are adjustable so you can play with the stiff and set it to what you're comfortable with. You adjust them from the top so it's really quick and easy (except for the rears... you have to fold your liner back a little bit...)

im looking into getting some h&r sport springs. but sounds like some people have a decent amount of bottoming out. not looking for that. ground control sounds nice. might look into that more often, also looking into neuspeed combo package. god price. not sure bout quality tho. i have a friend that drives a itr with some skunk 2 and they feel half decent. handle iffy but rides ok.
