Default obd 2 wiring harness to obd 1 intake manifold

Hey sorry about my grammar as I am on my cell right now.
My question is I have a 93 cx hatchback with complete 99 ls swap including my engineering harness. My problem is I have a obd 1 intake manifold. None of the plugs are the same on it. How do I go about this issue without changing manifolds?

Yeah there is. My obd 2 harness will only plug into a few sensors on the obd 1 intake manifold.

I'm not sure if the manifold is obd 0 I just got it because it was free and advertised as obd 1.

So pretty much I need to get a obd 1 manifold or a obd 2 again. The throttle body doesnt even have a map sensor.

Intake manifold sensor include: MAP (actually on the throttle body for OBD1/OBD2, for OBD0 its on the firewall, All OBD0/1/2 are the same plug), TPS (On the throttle body as well for OBD0/1/2, OBD0/1/2 are the same plug), EVAP purge (OBD1 and OBD2 plugs differ I believe), Intake Air temp (OBD0/1/2 are all the same plug style).

Well I'm telling you that some of my harness plugs except for tps and map sensor plugs are either too small and too big
