Has anyone tried Ebay v-band clamps? Any issues?

 

Iv used them, they work good except that the clamps break easy if you over tighten them, the seller sent me a new one for free though.

i've used some from a couple of sellers. most are crap. the obx vbands are actually pretty nice??? Another seller that i've been happy with is a guy named wyntomn (I think that's how you spell his ebay name).

yup wyntomn is like emusa. they actually have surprisingly nice parts. Iv ran their mini stainless steel 38mm wastegates on quite a few cars and they always work great and have a top notch finish.

i too have been running there mini wastegate for a few years now, not a single issue holds boost great.....not to mention 2 years after purchase i contacted him with my purchase id# from ebay about how to purchase a higher psi spring.... i got an email and package a week later free of charge with a few diffent springs so now i have the 4 -10- 16psi springs all free awsome customer service

oh and even better is you don't need a elbow for hood clearence

 

yup, its amazing how they actually give you good customer service on ebay when alot of "REAL" shops wont.
