Need cheap spacers
I just recently bought some snow tires on steel wheels and realized that the wheel hub is a bit smaller than mine so the wheel does not sit flush with the brake rotor. A set of 10mm spacers would fix this issue.
How much would a set like that run and where is the best place to get one and what type to avoid?

The largest spacer you can run on stock lug studs would be about 6mm. 10mm won't allow you to tighten the lug nuts to the proper thread depth. You could get some studded wheel spacers, which can come as narrow as 15mm. You're looking at about $100+ for a set of studded spacers. Companies you could look at for these, would be Ichiba or H&R.
kk, i see a lot of 5mm spacers on ebay. I will have to measure if that will be enough

Wanna keep this cheap, otherwise I might as well just find some honda steelies and pay to have them remounted.
the two brands you recommended are too expansive. My limit is like $50 cause for $60-$75 I can buy new proper wheels and have them mounted.

If it doesn't clear around the hub, you will need a spacer to clear it or have the hubside of the wheel filed/trimmed to clear it properly (since they're steelies, I would recommend this route). Just don't cut too much off.
