taillights CRX/Civc HB

Can i put 90 Civic HB tailligts on my rex? I know, the CRX got the reverse light in the middle piece, the Civic not, but do they they fit easy or is it a lot of work to make them fit?

they are not a direct swap... fabrication will have to be made, and is not worth the effort imo...
