I have the factory radio in my car and all of a sudden the radio will not come on. When I turn the headlights on the radio buttons will come on and show life but the radio doesn't not come on and play any sound, so I believe my radio isn't broken. I tried to install a aftermarket sony head unit it will not either come on or fire up. Im starting to believe a fuse might be blown but im not sure.. I need help please

 

did you check the fuses......underhood #36 15 amp......

WHT/RED into radio should be hot when key is on?
