you need to drill out the old spot welds on the front rad support and pry it off and do the same to the 00 civic rad support. install it with bolts to hold it on and you can adjust it to make everything fit perfectly then weld it in. then install the hood ,headlights, and fenders.

you can just replace the top half of the rad support ..
makes an easyer job..
top support, center upright, and headlight suport frame ..
it joins the lower half acrosss the top of the chasssi rails
take off as one peice

The only thing you need to do to the core support is trim the bumper mount bracket, and re drill the hole we you want it. Anyone that tells you, you need to replace the core support does not know what they're talking about.
Everything else bolts on.

Just did this on myn u throw away the foam its useless, then hammer in the four corners of the bumper support it has to be flat instead of the lil metal lips from how they made it , the radiator support takes time but line the bumper up where it sorta comes in on the ends of where the grille goes and just hammer the suppport so it curves in more test fit the bumper alot , i put the new fenders and hood on to help get my lines right then the last few test fits have the headlights in just so everything is good ,, use spray paint on the suppports after to cover up the hammer marks i used high temp spray paint it goes on heavier than normal spray paint and fills the marks in ,, good luck its not hard just takes alot of work to get right pm me if u want ill txt u pics
