10.5:1 is not enough compression for pro2. I would think ITR/Stage1 is the max you could go with that compression and no forced induction.

It depends on what your actual static compression is. What is your rod length or your best guess at your actual static compression?

i just got off the phone with the guy who had the motor built and i just found out that it's been bored .20 thats all i know.so the way it's looking i'm probally going to go with either type r cams or s2 tuner series stage 1 cams with s2 valve springs and retainers for good measure.like i said plenty times before i came from a svt focus to the honda world so no matter how much research i've done i just can't commit till i hear actual real world experience.so far all the info has been real helpful and i appreciate it all.

If you're willing to pull the head you could cc your engine and measure the exact compression ratio. That would help you figure out what cams to buy. You could also guess by doing a compression test, although that is not very precise. I would think that as long as you are over 10:1 you'd be fine with S2 tuner 1s although if you can determine that you have more compression you could always get more cam.

yea i think i might just go with the tuner 1's with the valvesprings and retainers.and the only reason i am going with the springs and retainers is just to be more safe than sorry at higher rpm's.

Personally I would go with ITR's or Regrinds. I'm new to honda too but I heard bumpstix and toda vtec-killers are great cams, but I think they are big cams too, for the CR your running.

Pro1 or Stage 2 tuner series will be ok with 10.5:1 CR. I'm on Pro2s still with stock 10.6:1 CR, but thats with my H22 though, so it's a different story due to bigger block. I've heard nothing but good powers with Pro1 or Stage 2 tuner cams with 10+ CR.
