I have a f22 and its bout time i change my head. Which is better and will give me more power the h22 or the f22a6?

With no further information, I will assume you are referring to a stock F22 and ECU. On a stock F22 block using a stock F22 ECU, the F22A6 head is your best bet. Note: when using the appropriate PT6/P12 ECU. Just dropping an H22 head onto an F22A block will not give you more power on it's own. It will actually lower the overall compression and would require a tunable ECU in order to operate properly.
