Karma sucks doesn't it? I'm sure I'm not the only customer you lost after your lawsuit against the grassroots tuners at PGMFI. How does the marketing dept like having to repair the image of your brand after that? I for one would never use anything Hondata offers, counterfeit or not and am always quick to discourage the use of your products when noobs locally and on forums ask my opinion. While I know there are many apathetic to the whole thing, I also know many OG's like myself who do all they can to steer consumers away from your brand. With that said I'm sure someone in your marketing dept can tell you the effect opinion leaders have on primary groups and the dissemination of information about a brand to consumers, especially in the age of social media.
