Default Help please...mysterious electrical problem D16Z6 swap.

Hey everyone so I just finished my D16Z6 swap into my 91 CRX DX. I used the boomslang DPFI-->OBD1 conversion harness. Got everything wired up correctly, got the motor running pretty well with a code 1 and 14 (O2 sensor and IACV). Idled steady and rev'd up nicely. I disconnected the negative terminal to try and reset the codes. I threw the tires on and lowered the car off the jackstands, this is where the mystery starts. I plugged the negative battery cable back in got in the car to test drive and the check engine light, oil light, and brake light on the dash were on without the key even in the ignition! When I turn the ignition on those lights stay on and the temp gauge shoots up to max hot. The car will not crank at all. What could it be, a short somewhere? I'm clueless, before I lowered it off the jack stands it started up fine, multiple times. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

The main grounds are the tranny ground, thermostat neck ground, and valve cover correct?

Everything looks to be hooked up good. I'm getting good voltage readings from the grounds. When I turn the ignition on the cel, battery, and oil light are still on. The temp needle shoots up to max hot and the car won't crank. Even with the ecu unplugged it still does this except the CEL is not on.

Here is what it looks like with the ignition on. When the ignition is off they are still on but dim.

When I unplug this connector from the fuse box under the hood the lights turn off. Does anyone know where these wires go to and why when I plug it in 12 Volt power goes to the dash even without the ignition on? It is the 4-wire connector on the left side that is unplugged. Is there a relay in the fuse box or something that shouldn't be allowing power to go through?
