Default is it possible to do math to find out if would have clearance in cam k20 w/thin HG

basically bought a car with k20a2 swap that already has high compression HG(1 layer copper). what i would like to know is if i can run some crower stage 2 all motor cams without clearance issues, would it be 50* safe? is it possible with cam specs and head gasket thickness to determine if they would work? stock block, pistons, head. never milled or anything. i know the proper thing would be to clay the motors but if i did that i would prob just switch to oem HG. trying to avoid removing the head. any help would be great thanks.
