Kaaz makes both 1.5- and 2-way, while Mugen and Spoon make 2-way's.

The Spoon differential is a repackaged Kaaz. The Mugen part should also be a Kaaz differential. Call Kaaz directly and save some money. On the other hand what is wrong with the stock 1.5 way Torsen?

The differential itself is not the common failure point. The end caps, pinion, and CV's are the problem points. You are extremely unlikely to suffer a differential failure unless you are dumping the clutch for drag launches.
