I have not; but understand enough about physics to understand that the amount of energy necessary to strip electrons from gas molecule chains (ionization) is non trivial. Where does this power cord go, again?
Snake oil basically.
Snake oil basically.
File the 'ionizer' under electric superchargers and flux capacitors. Those fuel 'ionizers' are usually just magnets, if you want to try to see if it works, go to the local hardware store, pickup a couple of $.05 magnets and stick them to your fuel rail.
