I got a 2001 Acura Integra GS-R and was told by my mechanic that I need to replace the rear shocks on my car to get rid of the squeaking. Don't feel like going OEM so was wondering if anyone could recommend some rear shocks. Any feedback would be much appreciated!

 

I just had my rear shocks blow and I'm upgrading to Progress CS2 with 350/250 rates. Many people like these as a relatively inexpensive coilover suited to mild-moderate drops. Koni/GC or Illumina/GC are also time-tested options.

Most of your decision will be based on your budget, how you value comfort vs. performance, and your desired ride height.
