Icon2 speedometer center console light bulbs?

Hi I have a 2004 Honda civic LX coupe and I want to change the color on the speedometer and center console from the factory amber/orange to a bright blue.

My question is what are the bulb sizes for the speedometer and center console?
Will I have to do any soldering?

your cluster(speedo&tach) are LED, you cant change the bulbs as there are none to change.

First of all thanks for replying...
I know they are LED but are you positive that you cant change them out?
I was told I should try size 194 LED, but im not exactly sure and I don't want to start taking my car apart without having the right equipment.

194 LED's are LED based socket bulbs, your cluster's LED's are soldered onto the cluster board and cant be changed without heating/removing the solder and the LED and soldering in new coloured LED's, alot of tedious work that could potentiall ruin your cluster just for the sake of some blue lights. Not worth the risk/effot IMHO

Going bright blue might not be a good decision either....it'll drive you crazy at night.

It could be done but like griff said it'd be a lot of work and a lot of things could go wrong and ruin the cluster....they really aren't designed to be taken apart.

Thank you both for your useful information I really wish I didn't have to do any soldering, and I definitely don't want to buy an aftermarket speedometer to change the color of the gauges.
Do u guys know if i would be facing the same problem with the radio and AC controls.
Thanks again

AC controls are fairly easy, you have to take the center dash unit out, after that they are just regual dash twist lock bulbs, however the radio is LED as well and the lighting is build into the radios screen, i wouldnt even try taking that apart just for a bulb.

AC, rear defrost, and recirculation buttons have plastic colour filters in them, just change the tint to a blue plastic to get a blue look. Mode and fan speed have tint shields on them, difficult to change, but can be done with an exacto knife and glue. Factory radios have "sock type" rubber tinted slip ons on their bulbs, simply remove the face, and find desired size and colour from junk radios to change the radio illumination colour. Did a change from white to orange on my 2001 sedan when I had it.
