Default Removing Crx Door Trim

Ok, so im missing the long skinny middle door trim piece, R side, i have another door that im going to try to take it off of and swap it over, been looking for an hr now on other forums and random sites on how to remove the trim ,saving the clips or not idc, prefer to save them, but there is no access by taking the door panel off, its covered by a another piece of metal welded onto the door, any suggestions?? ( im trying to use it because i cannot find this piece anywhere)

unscrew the bolt at the end of the door, then try to pull it out and as soon as you see a clip, then use a flat screwdriver to to pull it out at the door. If you are careful enough you can remove it without damage
