Default J.R. VPAC controller

First off Ive read that these do work on any DOHC vtec engine correct? c1s, c5s, or any H22s? Correct? If so, is buying this for a decent price used a good idea on a basically stock B18c1 other than a full exhaust and short ram? Id just like to hear some opinions, thanks!

raising or lowering vtec arbitrarily with no thought to adjusting fuel and ignition is just careless, and being 2011 i didnt think people even considered these things anymore.
