I can help you out a bit.
Winter Tires: Bridgestone LM-22s they were great for me this past winter and I drive A LOT in the winter as I coach kids how to ski race.
AEM CAI : I paid 410 CAD plus 80 bucks for install on a groupbuy. I would recommend waiting on a crowl type system if you can, if not the CAI is a great product.
Powergetter: I ran a groupbuy for $580 USD plust 10% off that price. Give Ben@aj-racing.com an email if you would like to order one.
Springs: I recommend waiting on the some aftermarket struts until you decide to lower it, or get some coil overs.
S-03's are a great tire and keeping the stock wheel is a great way to go. However if you are going to be running winter tires it usually isn't the best for the tire and the rim to be constantly removing them. I have a summer and winter setup which I think is benefical.
If you have any questions that you need answering immediately, give clubrsx.com a look through someday.
One other thing: Keep an eye out for Hondata ECU that is in the works and I would highly recommend purchasing an LSD for your rsx.

The AEM cold-air is the best performing cold-air out there. Unfortunately, installation is a complicated process. The DC Sports CAI performs slightly worse (less than 1 hp and 1 lb-ft difference) but it's easier to install. I would suggest getting that one instead, or waiting to see Comptech's icebox.
The powergetter exhaust is good, but I hear it's loud.
Sportline springs - like rssex said, wait for some shocks to get released first. I've heard of more than one rsx blowing their shocks using aftermarket springs. There are some nice fully adjustable coilover (Tein, etc) sets out there already, but they are very pricy.
For your stock 16" wheels, you can fit 225/50/16 on there no problem. You can also fit 215/50/16 if you want a slightly smaller rolling circumference. If you want to go wider than 225's, you'll need wider wheels to match. As for snow, my RSX hasn't seen snow yet, so I don't have any snow tires on there.

First of all, I want to thank rs-sex and 360 for giving me very clear suggaction.
I think, I will get Powergetter and AEM CAI at first then I will do some reserch for coil-over or other shocks later. I know there are only few parts for RSX-S so far; I will wait. Also, I think stock suspention is good.
More Qs: Can I go 215/45/16 or 215/45/17 for the rims? Which comb is better?
Does A'PEX V-TEC works very well on I-VTEC? Should I get one for my RSX-S? I heard, VTEC and I-VTEC are a little bit different. You can not feel so much I-VTEC when it is working. It does not have much power as VTEC.
Please tell me more about I-VTEC and VTEC, rs-sex, 360, and guys. thank you!
