last week i tried to get my valves adjusted but they still sound loose i was told its probably lost motion assembly. my engine is b16 motor skunk2 stage one cams rc injectors and the rest bolt on. my question, is this the reason my engine smoke at low rpm and at idle thanks

since i didnt get any help ill try replacing valve guide seals and go from there i have one engine code for tps sensor

 

Sounds like it would be a valve stem seal. Intake valve at that. It should be the only thing that would cause it to smoke when only under high vacuum. So you figured it out yourself. BTW, fix the code!
