Skunk2 Coilovers Vs. Ground Controls
I have skunks and I am happy with them. I think going with gc's you can order any spring rate that you want. He could still go with skunks and if he's not happy with the ride, order a set of eibach springs (gc springs) and they should fit over the skunk sleeves.
ive had the ground controls and i liked the ride and handling. i just dont want to make a biased comparison with the skunk2s because i havent owned a set. my friends have em in their cars and they ride pretty good too.

my skunk2's are too goddamn bouncy
The GC "Special Edition" are what your bro wants. They have the softest spring rates and since his goals appear to be adjustable ride height and not too much ride harshness, that's the way to go.

I have skunk2s and its fine. I've ridden in my friends car with gc and for some reason it rides a tad bit better. I say go for the one that has a better price.

i've got gc...there pretty good, 14 inches right now but i'm scrubbing fenders some, worse thing for my ride was the 17 same side wall tires. car rides the same since i've lowered as it did when i put the wheels on it so gc r pretty good
i think it's http://www.ground-control.com ...order them
directly from ground control....you can get custom
spring rates.
how else can you top that.
