ok, here what i got,

i was in the passenger side kick plate, i moved the ecu and was sealing up a water leak, took 4 months to stop that; the car was a former crash repair, above the ecu was something dangling around, looked like a relay of some sort but i m not sure cant see it properly. When putting things back together the relay type box 2 by 2 inches touched the ecu causing a spark; i checked all electrics and looked fine ,,,,,, until i drove it, i found out i have no side lights front or rear, then on second light setting i have front lights only the high beams work.
The interior dash lights are also out, the chime does not work, i checked all the fuses and changed out relays in fuse box, makes no change, any ideas? i m sure i m missing a realy somewhere that controls interior/side lights,
