Nope.
Must swap driver side engine bracket that bolts to engine for 92+ Prelude H22 has wider stud pattern... F20B is accord motor and has accord shorter stud pattern 94+

damn, i forgot about the driver side mount. I was thinking about my 92 accord, it didnt require any modification to any of the mounts. Sorry for spreading mis-information.
