I know that mig... but my starter wire fried ( black and white cable )... so need to replace the engine harness cuz first idk where its messed up from... to lazy to check and run threw every wire.. so id rather replace it with si/ex harness

Have no idea... drove my car Wednesday night then parked it and thurs morning i tried to head out... didnt start at all. no crank... no nothing... only think u can hear is the fuel going threw.. i check every fuse and was fine... replaced relys and still nothing.. repaced the igntion moudle and nothing... took to get my starter tested and nothing... dizzy was fine... alternator was fine.. then checked ground cables and they were good.... then i checked the power on the starter cables and the battery one was good but the feemale plug had no power going threw... i went under the dash and check every plug...it was good...then had a friend help and while he was trying to start i was near the engine bay hearing this weird noise like if there was a short... and figured it is..

long story i know ive been working on my whip for 2 days ftl

 

just save yourself money and get reg nonvtec harness.

 

why? ive seen them go here for $40-50 buxx... id rather get the si/ex if ima change it

 

or if anyone has a non vtec pm me ... fck it

Starter wire(black n white) starts under the dash by the steering column. Cut there and run another from there to starter. ... That's just signal anyways..
I did it. Works fine.

 

Not a bad idea... but a switch from the starter but everytime i start it everything restarts like my clock and stereo
