Need info on '02 "rotors"
long story short...can I swap straight across the rotors on a 2002 Accord Coupe V6 (5 lug) with the rotors on an I4 (4 lug) and visa versa???

Rotos are not what dictate the lug pattern. So no. There is a reason Honda used the different bolt patterns. Besides its far easier to find the 5x 4.5" BP for wheels, than the 4 x 4.5" BP.

The V6 Accord came with larger rotors and a different bolt pattern. If Honda thought they could get away with the 4 x 114.3mm BP on the larger V6 models, they would have.
