Default Sensor Repin

Quick question. I have to repin my air intake temp senor and I need to know if it matters which side I put which wire in? The AIT sensor I am taking out is from a 96 civic ex and I am swapping it with a 92-95 sensor. The wires dont match so that is why I am asking. Thanks

They should be the same wires, just different colors.

or just test it by taking the pins out of the plug and sliding it over the pins in the sensor in different combination until you have no CEL. Then repin the sensor as you have it temporary pined on the sensor and you should be good to go.
