90 crx si. ive replaced with brand new distributor, spark plugs, wires, battery, alternator, fuel pump, fuel filter. it still wants to sputter as if its ran out of gas. i pulled the fuel line off and primed it into a bottle and theres no gunk in it. this thing is seriously pissing me off. does anybody know wtf this might be?

 

Is the check engine light on? If so check the ecu for codes, my guess would be anything from a faulty main relay, thermostat ground, o2 sensor or tps sensor since you replaced everyhting else that would be the problem.

 

compression test, timing (mechanical and ignition), and other stuff. You've just been throwing parts at it, not troubleshooting it. I'm sure the car is more pissed off at you.

 

the check engine light isnt on, and the grounds are good. i have a new tps for it, just havent put it on yet. im just tryin to get a few suggestions before i start pullin the throttle body off and bust out the dremel. im kinda hoping at least one of yall have experienced this and know wat it is

 

Dirty/clogged injectors?

I have a set from a 90 CRX Si that you can try if you want them.

 

check that main relay, mine was doing the exact same thing

 

x2 cause its an easy inexpensive fix. Just resolder it or throw in a spare if you got one. Would be worth a shot.

 

what is x2? and the injectors im thinking about. main relay location?
