Rear Suspension Noise
I have an 06 Si, lowered on D2 coil overs, this does not happen all the time, but often enough that it is really starting to push my buttons, and usually only happens after a nice driveway creep, but the suspension makes a dense popping noise, after it does it the first time, it is very persistent for the next little bit and then usually goes away again, anyone else have this problem or know of the issue? I know there was a TSB for bump stops and such in the front, but this is definitely the rear as I can hear it from the driver's side when I bounce on the trunk.
this is a common issue for some people lowered on coilovers. dont know if anyone figured it out. i never had this problem when i was lowered on coilovers though
Thanks for the reply, I have heard rumors about it being a bushing noise, I am gonna throw it on the lift tonight and have a look, at least lube up the bushings to see if I can get it to go away, it's just ungodly annoying. If anyone else has a possible answer, I will check the forums through out the day!
