First MIG Welder

I'm looking into buying my first MIG welder, from what I've been reading I should get a Gas/flux MIG welder. Any recommendations? I'm looking to spend less then 400 bucks.

looking at something thats 220 or a 110

I would like 110V. But I've heard there are some that are both.
