I'll try and be as informative as possible but I'm not too sure what info you guys will need until you let me know :] Car is Completely Stock. Owned by an older lady who used it for commute between States to buy and sell homes.
Maintained by Honda up until the point at which I purchased the vehicle.

1994 Honda Accord ex 5speed 2.2vtec SOHC f22b1 engine

-No revs past 4500 rpm while driving.
-I've checked oil levels. (good)
-Car is aquatically warmed up.
-Jumped Check Engine Under Dash. No Codes Shown.

Doesn't seem logical...
I know enough about engines to know its not a dizzy issue...
Might I ask why you think it could be the symptom?

 

This normally means it's in limp mode. Try doing some searches.

 

So you have no codes. This happens when cold and warm (engine temp)? The tune up items are up to date?
