Icon2 1990 Ef hatch

Hey, anyone had this problem before. I have a stock D15B1, it's a canada edition 4 speed. When I shift half the time I seem to be getting like dead spots> Now does anyone know if that maybe the timings off a tooth or my injector is not working right. I haven't had time to check it out yet , but wouldn't mind knowing what to check out first. Can anyone help me out thanks...

Dead spots? It could be a number of things... Your description isn't much to go off of.

It could be:

Ignition
Fuel Supplu
Ignition Timing
Mechanical Timing
Bad TPS
ect...

Do you have a CEL? If so, what are the codes?

Mine seems to the do the same thing. Feels like I need to change engine mounts as the engine shifts when you release the clutch and the car feels "dead" for a second delay.

When I get a chance to order some mounts will let you know. Did you solve your problem?
