Default EG body repair question

So my civic got sideswiped (or backed into) the other night, some dip **** probably on the way home from the bar/hit and run. That was a wonderful way to start the day. The drivers side took a pretty decent beating. Front fender and door are pretty thrashed. I honestly have no idea of the logistics of the crash, the door got impacted right about trim level where the fender/door meet, yet it didn't tear the fender completely off the car, just dented it pretty nicely and creased when I had to pry my door open(it was already done for). Luckily it's nothing major, just had to pull the fender out a bit to ensure the wheel wont rub.

So I need to pick up a few new body panels, but junk/salvage yards are pretty limited in my area of New Mexico. I have access to a truck if I can find a semi-local yard, but I was wondering if anyone has had any luck or knew of any particular site that sells used or oem body panels.

Also, I am guessing replacing the door requires you to completely removed the inner/outer assembly and replacing the outer and reinstalling the inner. When buying the outer assembly, does it typically come with all of the other components like the locking mechanism, window, crank?

Thanks,
