got a cd player from 97 prelude sh, going into a 91 crx hf
did the prelude headunit have the upgraded sound system in it (cant remember what its called) if so you may need to get the amp out of the car also and wire it up.. if it doesnt you are lucky and i belived it will all plug and play into your current car, if it doesnt you will need to get the car harness of the radio, the plug that plugs into the radio and rewire it..
the lude system is called the acoustic feedback system i think, the easy way to tell if u need the amp which should be under the pass seat is to check the wire harnesses, if your harness plugs into the back of the cd player then it is fine, you will also need all of the stock bolts and brakets from your stock unit. if u need the amp from hte lude it might just be easier for you to just take a ride into belair and go to BB, CC or tweeter. hell visit them all they are in a 1/4 mile radius of each other. if u have to get a aftermarket stereo you will need a wire harness($16) and i would reccommend a pioneer. I know pioneers like the back of my hand, and i can answer n e q's u have bout them.
