You can search how, but there is removing the belt and there is completely removing them all together. Either way, you have to buy a block off plate and either a spacer or a K series crank pulley and a timing belt guide for a h23.

its very simple, just remove the belt thats it. good for 5whp across the board.
if u want to ditch the shafts themselves you will gain oil psi but u will need a kit as mentioned. its easier to remove them when your rebuilding the motor.
