sometimes if the CEL stays on it could possibly mean that there are no codes. or it could be a faulty ecu

Okay. Im not sure where the ignition switch is, or how to test it.
I was searching around and thought maybe the ground on the thermostat housing was bad?
Before I go to the trouble of take that all apart and what not, has anyone had that problem?
Turn on car. Check Engine light stays on, No relay click. No CEL Codes, and different ECU doesnt work?

the ignition switch is on the back of the key tumbler on your steering column as far as testing it you can physically turn it on and check the wires for voltage in all positions...yellow, blue/white should be hot in run only...white/red is hot in the run and accessory position...black/yellow is hot in star and run position...black/white is your starter signal should be hot in start only...white/black should be hot in all positions as this is your input voltage supply....now go get a test light and do it
