What exactly do you have in your civic? Is your fuel pump kicking on? are you getting spark and fuel?

The relay doesnt kick on the 2nd click (When the CEL shuts off). So the pump isnt going on.

So I assume your dash lights kick on when you turn the key right? Try checking your main relay.

Have you checked to see if your computer is throwing a code? And what exactly happened prior to your problem? Did you just go out to your car and try to leave or something?

sometimes if the CEL stays on it could possibly mean that there are no codes. or it could be a faulty ecu
undo your cointray and you will see your main relay/fuel relay.
press, tap on that and see what happens?

I tried a different ECU AND A Different Main Relay. Neither get it to start. All these problems are really getting old...

Okay. Im not sure where the ignition switch is, or how to test it.

I was searching around and thought maybe the ground on the thermostat housing was bad?

Before I go to the trouble of take that all apart and what not, has anyone had that problem?

Turn on car. Check Engine light stays on, No relay click. No CEL Codes, and different ECU doesnt work?

the ignition switch is on the back of the key tumbler on your steering column as far as testing it you can physically turn it on and check the wires for voltage in all positions...yellow, blue/white should be hot in run only...white/red is hot in the run and accessory position...black/yellow is hot in star and run position...black/white is your starter signal should be hot in start only...white/black should be hot in all positions as this is your input voltage supply....now go get a test light and do it
