93 Runs rough on accel

'93 Accord 10th Ann. Ed., 2.2L. Starts fine, idles smooth in Park. Shift into Drive or Reverse and start to accel, engine begins to skip & falter. Once into higher rpm range, engine smooths out again. Any ideas?

Only warm, only cold, all the time?
