Default Cr-x. Hard pulling to the right

Alright, 1990 cr-x. B18b1. Ys1 tranny. Both axles are new. Replaced steering rack the old ones outer plastic bushing destroyed itself, caused the wheel to shimmy. Anyways I thought the hard pull to the right was a bad rack. Bushings were bad, balljoints bad so went picked up another with excellent boots and balljoints. Put it in doing the same thing. None of this started until my original racks outer bushing went out. Nothing seems to be bent, I'm going to get it aligned in a couple days but considering the new rack I wouldn't think 2 racks would have been out of alignment that bad. Any help or ideas would be great. And if anything needs to be re explained let me know. Thanks in advance

The alignment should take care of it.

You really can't replace a pile of steering and suspension components and expect it to track properly.
